Beautiful twin sister to a beauitful twin brother.
Her beauty is somewhat unusual. Unlike most females, her height is towering. She stands near six and a half feet. Her once waist length wheat white blonde hair now reaches just at her shoulders framing a face of white orchid paleness. Sparkling green eyes that seem to beckon one to tell his darkest secrets as she holds him in her inviting arms. Willowy and graceful, she seems far from a threat.
Yet, the closeness once shared by siblings was ripped apart by the mysterious death of their parents. She left her homeland of the Scandinavians to escape a haunting memory and a brother she feared for.
Celeste had awaken one morning in her home. Blood covered her hands, and the blankets of her pallet were tangled. Fear gripped her mind and body as she mechincally rose to explore her home. No response came as she called for her parents and brother.
Nothing could prepare her for the horror she stumbled upon when she rounded the corner that would lead her into the kitchen.
At the table sat the bodies of her mother and father. Upon a large platter were their severed heads. The eyes closed as if they had been sleeping. As if...they had not known what had befallen them.
Frightened, she ran from her home, scared to think what she would see if she further explored the house to find her beloved brother dead. She ran deep into the forest that surrounded her village until she reached a small stream. Washing herself of the blood, which she imagined to possibly be her parents' and brother's...she hid there until night fall...
By then, Damian had come home to find his parents dead, and no sign of Celeste. The village was alerted, and the hunt for the murderer began. Celeste stumbled back, frightened and shocked. The people of their village took every step to console and make sure the twins would not be as scarred as possible.
The murderer was never found.
Yet, deep in Celeste's mind she had her suspisions. And soon, she expressed her suspicions...and the twins went their opposite ways.
The pale woman retreated into the wilderness she so loved. She began hunting for furs and trading them. When that began to bore her, she began to travel to wilder countries. Unknown to her that someone was watching her closely...
